The RothenburgMuseum (formerly Imperial City Museum) is housed in the former Dominican convent from 1258. The museum displays eight centuries of Rothenburg history across over 2,500 square meters. Highlights include the famous Rothenburg Passion painting from 1494, exhibits on medieval life, and the town's Jewish history. The museum was recently renovated with modern interactive displays.
