Oude Kerk
The Oude Kerk is Delft's oldest church, with origins dating back to around 1246. It is famous for its 75-meter leaning tower that tilts approximately 2 meters off vertical. The church houses three massive pipe organs and a 9-tonne bell known as 'Bourdon'. Here lies the famous painter Johannes Vermeer, buried in 1675, and visitors can see his memorial. The floor features historic gravestones spanning centuries of Delft's history.
