How to Get There

Take Ngong Ping 360 cable car from MTR Tung Chung Station. Or Bus 23 from Tung Chung (slower). The village is right at the cable car station.

The village is the gateway to Big Buddha and Po Lin Monastery. 'Walking with Buddha' is an interactive multimedia exhibition about Siddhartha's journey. '360 Stage' is a motion cinema with immersive shows. Shops sell souvenirs, local snacks, and Buddhist items. Several restaurants offer vegetarian and Chinese cuisine. Best Photo Spot

The village plaza offers great shots with traditional Chinese architecture. The walking path to Big Buddha with the statue in the background is iconic. The Bodhi Tree area provides serene photo opportunities.
