Salinas Grandes is a stunning salt flat located on the border of Jujuy and Salta provinces at 3,450m elevation. Covering 212 square kilometers, it is the fourth-largest salt flat in the world. The endless white expanse creates a striking contrast with the blue sky, perfect for creative perspective photography. During the wet season, a thin layer of water creates a mirror effect, reflecting the sky and clouds.
