Planty Park
Planty Park is a 4-kilometer green belt encircling the entire Old Town of Krakow, following the path of the medieval city walls demolished in the 19th century. Featuring benches, fountains, statues, and flowerbeds, it is the favorite park of locals for strolling and relaxing. The park connects most major landmarks including Wawel, the Barbican, and the Florian Gate, making it an ideal corridor for walking between sites. In spring the gardens burst into bloom and in autumn the leaves turn golden. The benches scattered along the path invite you to pause and watch city life unfold
