Holy Quran Exhibition
The Holy Quran Exhibition is a specialized museum explaining the history and value of Islam's holiest book. Originally located near Gate 5 of the Prophet's Mosque, it was inaugurated in 2015 spanning 1,500 square meters. The museum displays nine rare original Qurans, including a massive 200-year-old manuscript by Afghan calligrapher Ghulam Mohiuddin weighing 154 kg. It also features century-old Qurans written on gazelle skin and various replicas of Islamic religious artifacts.
