Hippolytusbuurt is a charming historic canalside neighborhood named after St. Hippolytus Church that once stood here. It is one of Delft's most beautiful areas for strolling, with a row of old houses overlooking the water and elegant bridges. Every Saturday the area becomes part of the antiques and flea market extending from the Markt. The neighborhood offers wonderful views of the Oude Kerk with its leaning tower and features a number of attractive cafes and shops.
