Gohlis Palace is an 18th-century Rococo gem and one of Saxony's most beautiful summer palaces. It features lovely French gardens and hosts concerts and cultural events throughout the year. Friedrich Schiller allegedly wrote his 'Ode to Joy' here, later set to music by Beethoven.
