Enoshima Island
Enoshima is a picturesque small island connected to the mainland by a bridge, located near Kamakura. The island features the historic Enoshima Shrine, Samuel Cocking Garden, and Sea Candle tower offering panoramic views of Mount Fuji and Sagami Bay. The Iwaya Caves at the far end of the island are an interesting geological attraction where visitors can explore rock formations with candles. The island is also famous for its seafood restaurants serving fresh shirasu (whitebait) and stunning sunsets.
