Cathedral of Our Lady
The Cathedral of Our Lady is the largest Gothic church in the Low Countries and a UNESCO World Heritage site. Its soaring 123-meter tower has dominated the city skyline since 1521. The cathedral houses four masterpieces by Peter Paul Rubens, including the breathtaking 'Raising of the Cross' and 'Descent from the Cross'. Construction took 169 years, featuring seven naves and the world's largest carillon with 49 bells. The magnificent stained glass and Baroque altar create an enchanting spiritual atmosphere.
