Wilhelma Zoo and Botanical Garden
Wilhelma is a unique zoological-botanical garden in Stuttgart combining animal and plant kingdoms in a historic setting. Founded in the mid-19th century as a royal garden for King Wilhelm I, it spans 30 hectares with over 11,500 animals from 1,200 species and 6,000 plants. The original Moorish architecture is wonderfully preserved, making it a unique experience combining nature, culture, and history. Germany's second largest zoo.
