Wielka Krokiew
Wielka Krokiew is Poland's most famous ski jumping facility and a regular stop on the FIS Ski Jumping World Cup circuit. The stadium seats over 40,000 spectators and is one of Zakopane's most iconic landmarks. Visitors can take the chairlift to the top for panoramic views of Zakopane and the Tatras. In summer, pontoon (tubing) rides let you slide down the ski jump hill at three difficulty levels - even children from age 7 can try the lowest level. The World Cup ski jumping competition typically takes place in late January, creating an electrifying atmosphere with tens of thousands of fans
