How to Get There
Villingili Beach is the only public beach on Villingili island, near Malé. Ferry from Malé departs every 15-30 minutes from Villingili Ferry terminal (5 MVR, ~5 minutes). Last ferry around 00:00. Bicycles can be rented on the island for exploring. White sand beach with umbrellas and cafes. Alcohol prohibited (local island). Swimwear allowed on the beach.

Beach accessible 24/7. Ferry from Male operates 24 hours, 10-minute ride. Public beach ~250m, golden-white sand. Basic facilities: bathrooms. No lifeguards. Dogs not allowed. Snorkeling, volleyball, frisbee available. Part of marine conservation zone. Dry season November-April best.
