Vaynera Street
One of the oldest streets in Yekaterinburg, often called the 'Ural Arbat'. The pedestrian zone stretches 970 meters. First mentioned in the 1740s as Uspenskaya Street. Rebuilt as a pedestrian area in 2003. The street features numerous bronze sculptures including 'Lovers', 'Friends', a merchant from the Russian Empire era, a banker in a top hat, the 'Spiral of Time' fountain, and notably Russia's only monument to Michael Jackson installed in 2011. Historic architecture includes the commodity exchange building and the Art Nouveau 'Granit' printing house. A vibrant destination for shopping, dining, and people-watching
