Best in morning (8-10 AM) - fewer people and cooler for climbing. Rainy season (April-October) - waterfall is fuller. Dry season (November-March) - easier climbing, less slippery.
5 minutes drive from SkyCab cable car and Oriental Village. 25 minutes from Cenang Beach. Rent a scooter (RM 50/day) or take Grab. Free parking at entrance.
Climb 200 steps to lower pools (20 min) with view of 91-meter waterfall. Another 438 steps to upper seven pools (1 hour total). You can swim in cool water. Rocks are slippery - be careful! Surrounded by tropical jungle.
Best photos: 1) At base of 91m waterfall on lower level. 2) In one of seven pools at top. 3) Jungle panorama from upper viewpoint. Bring waterproof phone case!

Yes! You can swim in the natural pools. Water is cool and refreshing. But be careful - rocks are very slippery. Avoid swimming if you have open wounds (risk of leptospirosis).
To lower pools (200 steps) - easy, 15-20 minutes. To upper seven pools (638 steps) - moderate, about 1 hour. Need good shoes with non-slip soles. Not recommended in flip-flops.
