Langkawi's most scenic waterfall at 91 meters with seven natural pools on Mount Mat Cincang. According to legend, fairies bathe here. Two levels: lower pools after 200 steps and upper pools after 638 steps total. You can swim in cool mountain waters with jungle views.

Best in morning (8-10 AM) - fewer people and cooler for climbing. Rainy season (April-October) - waterfall is fuller. Dry season (November-March) - easier climbing, less slippery.
5 minutes drive from SkyCab cable car and Oriental Village. 25 minutes from Cenang Beach. Rent a scooter (RM 50/day) or take Grab. Free parking at entrance.
Climb 200 steps to lower pools (20 min) with view of 91-meter waterfall. Another 438 steps to upper seven pools (1 hour total). You can swim in cool water. Rocks are slippery - be careful! Surrounded by tropical jungle.

Yes! You can swim in the natural pools. Water is cool and refreshing. But be careful - rocks are very slippery. Avoid swimming if you have open wounds (risk of leptospirosis).
To lower pools (200 steps) - easy, 15-20 minutes. To upper seven pools (638 steps) - moderate, about 1 hour. Need good shoes with non-slip soles. Not recommended in flip-flops.
