The new Sydney Fish Market opened on January 19, 2026 with world-class waterfront architecture at Blackwattle Bay. It features three levels of fish traders, seafood restaurants, bars, and retailers. For the first time, the market stays open until 10pm daily, transforming what was once a morning destination into an all-day harbourside experience.
