St Paul's Cathedral
St Paul's Cathedral is Sir Christopher Wren's masterpiece, rebuilt after the Great Fire of London destroyed the medieval original in 1666. Its iconic dome, one of the largest in the world at 111 meters high, dominates the London skyline. The cathedral has hosted major events including Winston Churchill's funeral and Prince Charles and Princess Diana's wedding. Visitors can climb 528 steps to three galleries inside the dome, including the famous Whispering Gallery where sounds travel around the dome's circumference.
