St. Nicholas Abbey
One of only three genuine Jacobean mansions remaining in the Western Hemisphere, built in 1658. A historic sugar plantation with a working rum distillery producing small-batch premium rum. Features a heritage railway through the plantation grounds with views to Cherry Tree Hill. Guided tours of the Great House, rum tastings, and distillery tours are available. The Signature Rum Experience is held on Fridays by appointment for a minimum of 4 persons. The site is open daily from 9:00 to 16:30 with train departures at 10:00, 11:30, 14:00, and 14:45
