St. Mary's Church (Bazylika Mariacka)
St. Mary's Church in Gdansk is the largest brick church in the world and a masterpiece of North European Brick Gothic architecture. Built between 1343 and 1502 over 159 years, it measures 105 meters long and 66 meters wide, with capacity for 25,000 worshippers. The 78-meter tower can be climbed via 405 steps offering breathtaking panoramic views of the Old Town and the Baltic Sea. Inside you will find a 15th-century astronomical clock, a magnificent Gothic altar, and Renaissance paintings. The church combines religious significance with exceptional architectural and historical value. Its sheer scale and the quality of its interior decorations make it one of the most impressive sacred buildings in Europe
