Sopot Pier (Molo)
Sopot Pier is the longest wooden pier in Europe at 511.5 meters, extending into the Baltic Sea in the coastal resort of Sopot next to Gdansk. Originally built in 1827 and reconstructed after WWII, it has become the symbol of the city and a major draw for tourists and locals. Walking the pier offers panoramic views of the Bay of Gdansk, the beach, and the city skyline. At the end you will find a restaurant and cafe. The surrounding area includes Sopot Beach and the famous Bohaterow Monte Cassino promenade with its restaurants and shops.
