World-class 3.5-acre formal Japanese garden within Washington Park Arboretum. Designed by Juki Iida in 1960, featuring koi pond, moon bridge, tea house, and stunning seasonal plantings. One of the most authentic Japanese gardens outside Japan.
Adults $10, students/seniors/children (6-17) $6, under 5 free. First Thursday of month FREE for all. Closed December-February.
April-May for cherry blossoms, October-November for fall colors. Open March-November only. First Thursday is free. Feed koi fish 10am-noon in summer.
