Sciacchetra is a rare, precious sweet wine from Cinque Terre, made from Bosco, Albarola and Vermentino grapes dried on steep terraces. Production takes months of drying and only small quantities are made, making it one of Italy's most expensive wines. It tastes honeyed with apricot and almond notes, traditionally served with cheese or desserts.
