Santa Justa Elevator
Santa Justa Elevator is a stunning neo-Gothic landmark built in 1902 connecting the lower Baixa district to the upper Chiado neighborhood. Designed by Raoul Mesnier du Ponsard, a student of Gustave Eiffel, this iron tower rises 45 meters and offers panoramic views from the observation deck. The elevator is a working public transport and one of Lisbon's most photographed landmarks.
