San Jeronimo Monastery

The Royal Monastery of San Jeronimo was the first monastery built in Granada after the Reconquista in 1492. It features magnificent Renaissance architecture and a beautiful cloister surrounded by orange trees. Its church was the first in the world dedicated to the Immaculate Conception.
