Royal Crescent
The Royal Crescent is a spectacular row of 30 terraced houses arranged in a sweeping crescent, one of Britain's greatest examples of Georgian architecture. Designed by John Wood the Younger and completed in 1774, it features 114 giant Ionic columns spanning the entire facade. No. 1 Royal Crescent is a museum showcasing opulent Georgian living. The lawn in front offers perfect views and is a popular picnic spot.
