Rovinj's Lungomare promenade is a scenic coastal path stretching from the Old Town southward along the rocky shoreline toward Zlatni Rt forest park. The route is 1.5 to 2 kilometers one way and takes 20 to 30 minutes at a relaxed pace. The path passes through shaded pine forests and along rocky coves with crystal-clear water perfect for swimming. Benches are scattered along the route for enjoying sea views. At sunset the scenery transforms into a painting of golden and orange hues over the Adriatic. The path is walkable year-round and parts are also suitable for cycling.
