At 3103 meters, Rothorn is considered one of the best photography spots for the Matterhorn. The summit offers panoramic views of 38 four-thousand-meter peaks including the Obergabelhorn, Zinalrothorn, and Weisshorn, with the Bernese Alps in the background. Accessible via the Sunnegga-Blauherd-Rothorn route combining funicular, gondola, and cable car. The angle from here is considered the most photogenic for Matterhorn views.
