Putorana Plateau is an unexplored basalt land rising north of the Arctic Circle, a UNESCO site home to over 25,000 lakes and Russia's greatest concentration of waterfalls. Pristine wilderness with deep canyons and flat-topped mountains creates otherworldly landscapes. Only accessible by helicopter or boat from Norilsk. Access restricted for foreigners as Norilsk is a closed city.
