Prasat Chrung Northwest
Prasat Chrung Northwest is one of four identical corner temples built by King Jayavarman VII at the corners of Angkor Thom's city wall. It is considered the best preserved of the four. It contains Buddhist reliefs and important stone stelae recording the city's history. Access requires a walk along the wall from the North Gate, offering a unique exploration experience away from crowds. The temple features an additional inscription from 1881 written in modern Khmer.
