Nice oldest square, built 1773-1784 in Piedmont Baroque style with distinctive yellow arcaded buildings. Named after Giuseppe Garibaldi, Italian general born in Nice. Features central statue (1891), Chapel of the Holy Sepulcher, and famous Cafe de Turin for seafood.
