Pinacoteca de São Paulo
The Pinacoteca is São Paulo's oldest art museum, founded in 1905. The museum is housed in a stunning late 19th-century red brick building designed by Ramos de Azevedo. It features an extensive collection of Brazilian art from the 1800s to the present day, including paintings, sculptures, photographs, and contemporary art installations. The building itself is an architectural masterpiece with soaring ceilings, natural lighting, and interior gardens. Located next to Luz Park and Luz train station, making it easily accessible by public transport.
