Petit Palais
Petit Palais is Paris's free fine arts museum housed in a stunning Beaux-Arts building constructed for the 1900 World Fair. The permanent collection spans antiquity to 1914, including masterpieces by Rembrandt, Rubens, Monet, and Renoir. The tranquil inner courtyard with its garden and café is a secret oasis in central Paris. The architecture itself is a work of art with stained glass ceilings and golden mosaics. Temporary exhibitions may require separate tickets. Open until 8pm Fridays and Saturdays. Currently featuring exhibitions through 2026.
