Panorama Mesdag
Panorama Mesdag is one of the last surviving 19th-century cylindrical panorama paintings, featuring a monumental 360-degree painting of the coastal village of Scheveningen as it appeared in 1881. At 14 meters high and 120 meters in circumference, the painting creates a stunning illusion of standing on a sand dune overlooking the sea. Painted by Hendrik Willem Mesdag and his team, it's an immersive masterpiece.
