Muzeon Park of Arts
Muzeon Park of Arts is a unique open-air space combining a sculpture museum, walking area, and cultural venues. Located on the Moscow River embankment near the Tretyakov Gallery.
The park houses over 1,000 Soviet-era sculptures: monuments to Stalin, Dzerzhinsky, Lenin, and other historical figures dismantled after 1991. It's a unique collection of monumental propaganda in the open air.
Besides Soviet monuments, works by contemporary sculptors are displayed here. The park regularly hosts festivals, concerts, and exhibitions. Cafes operate in summer, and an ice rink opens in winter.
