Musegg Wall
The Musegg Wall is Switzerland's longest completely preserved city wall at 870 meters with nine historic towers. Built in the 14th century as part of Lucerne's fortifications, it now offers breathtaking panoramic views of the Old Town, Lake Lucerne, and surrounding mountains. Four towers are open for climbing. The Zyt Tower is the most famous, housing the city's oldest public clock from 1535, which still strikes one minute before all other clocks.
