Moraine Lake
Moraine Lake, known as the "Twenty Dollar View" for its appearance on the old Canadian banknote, is one of the most photographed landscapes in the world. Set in the Valley of the Ten Peaks, it is surrounded by ten majestic mountain peaks reflecting in its deep turquoise waters. Canoeing, the Rockpile Trail for the iconic viewpoint, and Sentinel Pass hiking offer unforgettable experiences. Access is by shuttle only during peak season from June 1 to October 12, 2026.
