The world's tallest triumphal arch at 67 meters with a 360-degree panoramic observation deck. Originally planned as a parliament building but never completed due to the Mexican Revolution. Its four pillars house the remains of revolutionary heroes including Pancho Villa and Lazaro Cardenas. The underground museum chronicles the revolution from 1857 to 1920. A glass elevator provides a stunning ascent to the observation platform.
