Mirror Lakes is a series of small, tranquil lakes that perfectly reflect the Earl Mountains on calm days. Located along Milford Road, they offer an easy 400m boardwalk (return) suitable for wheelchairs and families with children. The surreal scene of mountains reflected in glass-like water makes it a popular photography stop. A quirky sign is written upside-down so visitors can read it in the reflection! Best visited in early morning when winds are calm and reflections are clearest.
