Mestrovic Gallery
The Mestrovic Gallery is an art museum housed in a Mediterranean villa that renowned Croatian sculptor Ivan Mestrovic designed as his summer residence in the 1930s. It contains an extensive collection of his sculptures, drawings, and furniture displayed throughout the villa and its Mediterranean garden overlooking the sea. Often compared to Rodin and Michelangelo, Mestrovic is Croatia's most celebrated sculptor. The ticket also includes entry to the nearby Crikvine-Kastilac chapel housing his wood-carved reliefs depicting the Life of Christ. The gallery currently offers 50 percent discounted admission due to ongoing energy renovation works, making it an exceptional value at just EUR 6 for adults
