Mango Bay, also known as Ao Mamuang, is a secluded bay at the northernmost tip of Koh Tao. It is considered one of the best snorkeling spots on the island thanks to its vibrant, colorful coral reefs and abundance of marine life. Access requires a boat trip or a motorbike ride along rough, steep roads. The isolation means clear waters and fewer crowds. The bay is excellent for beginner diving too with depths ranging from 1 to 16 meters.
