Macedonia Square

Macedonia Square is the main and largest square in Skopje, spanning 18,500 square meters. The square serves as the heart of the city, dominated by the iconic Warrior on a Horse statue (representing Alexander the Great), surrounded by numerous monuments, fountains, and neoclassical buildings added during the Skopje 2014 project. At night, the square transforms with spectacular illumination.
