London Eye

The London Eye is Europe's tallest cantilevered observation wheel, standing 135 meters high on the South Bank of the Thames. One full rotation takes approximately 30 minutes. The wheel moves continuously and doesn't stop for boarding - you simply step on and off the slowly moving capsules. Total experience is 60-90 minutes including security and any queuing.

Yes, the capsules are fully enclosed and climate-controlled, so rain and cold don't affect the experience. It only closes in extreme conditions like very high winds or severe storms. Fog can reduce visibility but the ride still operates.
