How to Get There

Buses 11, 100, 108 from Yalta bus station to 'Livadia' or 'Livadia Palace' stop — 15-20 min. Minibuses 11, 27 also run frequently. Walk from Yalta embankment via Tsar's Trail — 5-6 km (1.5 hours). Taxi from Yalta center — 200-300 rubles.

Useful tips for visiting Livadia Palace

Two tour options: Romanov family life and 1945 Yalta Conference. Park walk is free - Italian and Arabic courtyards are beautiful. Magnificent sea views from terraces. Famous Sun Path hiking trail to Swallow's Nest starts nearby.

From Yalta bus #11 or #100 to Livadia stop. Minibuses run frequently. By car convenient parking at entrance. Can walk from Yalta along embankment - about 3 km.

Palace built in 1911 for Nicholas II in Italian Renaissance style. Yalta Conference of Stalin, Roosevelt and Churchill held here in February 1945. Park established in 19th century - over 400 plant species. Exaltation of Cross Church nearby - Nicholas II's wedding venue.
