Letaba Rest Camp
Letaba Rest Camp is one of Kruger National Park's most beautiful camps, enjoying a spectacular setting on the banks of the meandering Letaba River. It's famous for its unique Elephant Hall museum, which displays the tusks and skulls of Kruger's most legendary elephants, including the 'Magnificent Seven' - bulls known for their enormous tusks. The views from the camp are spectacular - watch elephants, buffalo, and hippos drinking directly from the restaurant terrace or your unit's veranda. The camp has a tranquil atmosphere and is less crowded than southern camps. Perfect for elephant lovers and nature enthusiasts seeking peace. The area is known for excellent elephant sightings, particularly in the dry season when they gather at the river.
