The only remaining medieval Gothic church in Rotterdam's center, built between 1449 and 1525. It survived the 1940 bombing though heavily damaged, carefully restored afterwards. As the city's oldest building, it houses tombs of Dutch naval heroes and an impressive organ. The tower offers panoramic city views.
