Lata Berkoh Waterfall is Taman Negara's hidden gem - a series of enchanting cascades flowing through the primeval rainforest. Crystal-clear waters pour into a deep natural pool perfect for swimming and cooling off from the tropical heat. Access requires a 45-minute boat ride along the Tembeling River with stunning jungle views on both banks, followed by a short 15-minute forest walk. While an 8.5km hiking trail exists, most visitors prefer the river journey. The boat stops approximately 500 meters from the cascade, leading to a scenic walk to the site. Advance booking is highly recommended especially during peak season as boats fill up quickly.
