LAC is Lugano's cultural center devoted to visual and performing arts and music. It houses the Museo d'arte della Svizzera italiana (MASI) with three exhibition floors and two theaters for opera, ballet, classical and contemporary music performances. The stunning modern lakefront building is an architectural masterpiece in itself with spectacular views of the lake and mountains.
