Krupowki is the most famous street in Zakopane and the vibrant lifeline of the city, stretching over one kilometer. This pedestrian promenade is lined with shops selling mountain souvenirs, smoked sheep cheese (oscypek), and local handicrafts. Restaurants and cafes on both sides serve traditional Podhale highland cuisine including grilled oscypek with cranberry sauce, lamb dishes, and zurek soup.
