Kramgasse
Kramgasse is the historic main street of Bern's Old Town, part of the UNESCO World Heritage Site. It features the famous medieval arcades (Lauben) and ornate 16th-century fountains. Albert Einstein lived at number 49 from 1903-1905, where he developed his Special Theory of Relativity. The famous Zytglogge astronomical clock at the end of the street draws crowds every hour with its mechanical show.
