KKL Lucerne
The KKL Culture and Congress Centre is an architectural masterpiece by French architect Jean Nouvel, opened in 2000. It features a massive 100×100 meter cantilevered roof that appears to float above the building. It houses a world-famous concert hall with exceptional acoustics, an art museum, congress facilities, and restaurants. The venue hosts the annual Lucerne Festival, one of the world's most prestigious music festivals. Its lakeside location next to the main station is ideal.
